The Act applies to German-based companies with a minimum of 3,000 employees, including employees posted abroad. It also includes companies with a branch office in Germany and a workforce of at least 3,000 employees. Starting from January 1, 2024, the thresholds will be reduced to 1,000 employees each.

Supplier monitoring offers you the possibility to view the status of a supplier at a glance and to monitor critical conflicts.
You have the flexibility to either set the status yourself or have it completed or automated by data providers.
Supplier task management
In the task management area, tasks can be recorded and assigned to the appropriate employees.
Upon completion of a task related to a specific issue, the supplier's status is automatically updated.
Comments can be stored and viewed in the tasks to ensure effective communication.
Supplier history
Reporting records all changes to supplier data as well as all tasks and their results.
The reporting can be created and printed in accordance with the legal requirements.
Personal task list
